JF Classic Cars present a beautifully restored Honda CB750FOUR K0 motorcycle in Red with only 284 miles on the clock…simply amazing.


This particular model lasted just a year in production from April 1969 until April 1970 making this version the K0 a rare machine with none showing 'registered' or 'sorn' Information obtained from 'how many left' internet source.

Classed as the first Superbike of its time along with being the first motorcycle to have a Disc brake along with both an electric and manual kick start.

The Honda CB750FOUR K0 today’s a rare machine this examples up with the best.


EXTERNAL
Finished in the legendary Honda Red/Burgundy paintwork bright and glossy finished to a very high original standard, With a tubular steel duplex cradle with non-adjustable front forks. Along with preload adjustable rear shocks and swing arm

With correct period features and fittings along with the chrome work gleaming from the four into one branch exhaust to the rear view mirrors, Originality has been maintained from factory with the original cast mould engine 1023285 along with matching frame number

All switchgear remains original and mark and fade free, With an electric start push button and manual kick start options something which was a first back in the late sixties early seventies

The large padded black leather twin seat sits tall and in beautiful condition, Simply as good as the day it left the factory

This particular example has covered only 284 miles from when it had a full restoration back in 2012 with NOS Honda parts used as much as was possible. Period coloured crisp dials complement.

All exterior panels and trim along with the chrome work and Wrinkle Tank are in the very best of condition and simply a work of art. 


ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Having the Honda 736cc four stroke transverse four cylinder air cooled engine along with Keihin Carburettors pushed this heavyweight to produce 67hp and will take you past 100mph with ease if required

Having a wet multi-plate clutch coupled to a 5-speed gearbox along with a final drive chain riding superb, Power as required smooth and precise as is the gearbox which performs without as one expects

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Having period chrome wire wheels fitted to the front and rear which present in the best of condition

Shod with Metzeler Perfect M11 nineteen inch tyre to the front which houses a single solid disc calliper brake

Drum brake fitted to the rear wheel where you will find a Metzeler Perfect 77 18.6 tyre fitted, Both tyres as new with ample tread.


HISTORY FILE
This particular model Honda CB750FOUR K0 was first manufactured in 1970 then subsequently fully restored using genuine NOS Honda sourced parts

Upon the restoration completion the motorcycle was then registered within the UK on the 1st November 2012

Showing just 284 miles from restoration this simply has to be seen to be appreciated,

With being the first model in the range, HONDA K0’s do not come up for sale often in this condition along with beholding the originality simply because there’s so few remaining with records indicating ‘none’ registered or ‘sorn’ information obtained from 'how many left' internet resource based which paints a picture on the future value
